Last updated: 1 January 2026. These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 3k334 ("the Platform"). They govern all use of the 3k334 website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, promotions, and support services at 3k334.pro. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must not use the platform.

You must be 21 or older to register and play on 3k334.
One Account
Each player may hold only one registered account at any time.

1. Eligibility
To open and maintain an account on 3k334 you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. 3k334 does not permit access to persons under 21 under any circumstances.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register player accounts.
- You must provide accurate and truthful personal information at registration and keep that information current throughout your use of the platform.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 3k334 or have a current exclusion order in place.
3k334 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where a player cannot satisfy verification requirements, their account may be suspended and funds held pending verification or returned to the deposit method used.
2. Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 3k334 at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. When registering, you agree to the following:
- You will register using your own genuine mobile number and will not use a number belonging to another person.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3k334 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
- You will not allow any third party, including family members, to access or use your 3k334 account.
- You acknowledge that 3k334 may suspend or close your account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it suspects any breach of these T&C, fraudulent activity, or misuse of any promotion.
Account registration on 3k334 is free of charge. No fees apply to account creation, account maintenance, or standard customer support. Fee disclosures relating to payment processing are set out in Section 3 below.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3k334 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other local bank transfers available in Bangladesh. The following terms apply to all financial transactions:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard players; high-volume deposits may be subject to additional verification.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited instantly upon successful mobile money confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours during standard banking hours.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to a different method require identity verification.
- Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one hour during operational hours. During high-volume periods such as BPL or IPL season finals, processing time may extend to four hours.
- 3k334 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on bKash or Nagad transactions. Third-party charges imposed by your bank or mobile money provider are outside 3k334's control and are borne by the player.
3k334 applies AML compliance procedures to all financial transactions. Where a transaction is flagged, 3k334 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal. Funds derived from criminal activity are not accepted and will be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
3k334 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to their individual T&C, published on the promotions page at the time of the offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions on 3k334:
- Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual T&C.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Players who register multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all associated accounts closed and all balances forfeited.
- 3k334 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or extend any promotion at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice provided on the platform where possible.
- Free spin prizes and other non-cash rewards are valued at the rate stated in the relevant promotion T&C. Free spin winnings are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless otherwise stated.
Important: Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash without meeting the wagering requirement, or used in conjunction with other active bonuses unless explicitly permitted by the promotion T&C.
5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
3k334 is operated as a fair and honest platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reports to relevant authorities:
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, sports bet, or promotion.
- Use of any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform in a way that circumvents or manipulates normal gameplay or betting.
- Attempting to exploit any technical error, glitch, or loophole in the platform's software. Any winnings generated by exploiting a known or unknown technical error will be voided.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal enterprise.
- Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour directed at 3k334 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any channel.
3k334 employs ongoing monitoring of account activity to detect and prevent prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is detected, 3k334 will take action proportionate to the severity of the breach, up to and including permanent account closure with forfeiture of all funds.
6. Responsible Gaming
3k334 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of harm to players. The following tools are available to all players through their account settings:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits — set by the player and enforceable immediately upon selection.
- Session time reminders — notifications sent after a chosen period of continuous play.
- Time-out and cooling-off periods — temporary account suspension from 24 hours up to 30 days, requested by the player.
- Self-exclusion — permanent account closure available on request through the support team or via account settings. Self-exclusion cannot be lifted for a minimum of six months.
3k334 requires all players to confirm they are 21 years of age or older at registration. If you believe your gambling is causing financial harm or distress, please contact 3k334 support immediately or use the self-exclusion tool in your account settings. 3k334 will not apply retention-focused marketing to players who have requested a cooling-off period or self-exclusion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the 3k334 platform — including software, game interfaces, graphics, design, text, audio, trademarks, and logos — is the property of 3k334 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
Players may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the 3k334 platform without prior written consent from 3k334. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of 3k334's intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3k334 shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 3k334 platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption to service.
- Any disruption to access arising from scheduled or emergency platform maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, or events outside 3k334's reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or network outages by Bangladeshi telecoms providers.
- Any loss arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials, including losses incurred through sharing login details with a third party or failing to log out on a shared device.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
3k334 may suspend or permanently close a player's account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these T&C, including but not limited to prohibited conduct as defined in Section 5.
- Failure to pass age or identity verification within the time period specified by 3k334 upon request.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal conduct connected to the account.
Upon permanent account closure initiated by 3k334 for breach of these T&C, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of bonus funds and winnings from prohibited conduct will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 3k334 support team at any time.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
3k334 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at 3k334.pro/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 3k334 does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is processed solely for the purposes of operating the platform, processing transactions, providing customer support, meeting legal obligations including AML and KYC compliance, and improving platform services.
11. Amendments to These Terms
3k334 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to eligibility criteria, bonus wagering requirements, or withdrawal processing times — 3k334 will provide at least seven days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the platform and, where contact details are available, by direct notification to registered players.
Minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice and take effect from the date of publication. The current version of these T&C is always the version published at 3k334.pro/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These T&C are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of 3k334 that cannot be resolved informally through the platform's customer support team should be submitted in writing to 3k334 at [email protected]. 3k334 will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within three business days and endeavour to provide a full response within fourteen business days. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable law.
